There appear to be multiple companies that could be involved with third party payment recovery that could be using ‘Flex’ type of payments and these charges are being labeled as a “Flexcharge” on peoples credit card statements and other billing instruments . These entities may identify as “Payway”, “Flex-Factor”,”Get-Flex”, etc. Our advice is to call the phone number that also appears on the statement or have your bank investigate the charge and follow their recommendations.
