Flexcharge Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assemblies are designed, fabricated, and assembled using high quality equipment, materials, and components.
 
 
 

At Flexcharge we use only two sided Epoxy / Glass ("FR4") PCB material with two ounce copper plating which is then plated with another 1 mill of copper.  The gives the Flexcharge PCB circuit paths a very low resistance which minimizes heat build up, and increases operating efficiency. Less expensive resin/paper PCBs will expand and contract with humidity which can open the through hole plating connections, epoxy PCBs are highly resistant to this.  Two ounce copper plating ensures that that the printed wire connections on the PCB are the lowest resistance possible and allows us to reduce the physical size of the assembly.

Assemblies
All Flexcharge products are assembled to strict requirements. Each and every Flexcharge controller is tested and calibrated prior to being placed into its shipping box to virtually eliminate the possibility of receiving non functioning controller.
